This page explains what data RTAI collects through the contact form on rtai.vgdh.io, why we collect it, and how you can request deletion.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we store:

• Fields you provide: name, company email, website, timezone, role, company size, annual vulnerability-testing spend, decision timeline, authorization status, compliance drivers, use case, referral code, and any optional details.
• Technical metadata: your IP address, browser user agent, and the timestamp of submission.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, qualify fit for an RTAI engagement, and maintain a record of who we've been in touch with. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or advertising.

Referral code validation

Your referral code is checked against the Verse Member directory operated by a third-party system we cooperate with. Only the code itself is sent for validation, and only a boolean response (valid or not) is returned. No other form data is shared.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our infrastructure, bound to a private network interface and accessible only to RTAI staff. The database is append-only; we do not modify historical entries.

Retention

We retain submissions for up to 24 months from the date of submission, then delete them. Records tied to an active or completed engagement may be retained longer under the Rules of Engagement of that specific contract.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties, other than the referral-code validation described above and service providers strictly necessary to operate the site (hosting, DNS).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission at any time by emailing joel@bitcoin.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Security

Data in transit is protected by TLS. The form backend enforces per-IP rate limits and rejects payloads larger than 16 KB. Access to the database is limited to internal operators on an as-needed basis.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version here before the change takes effect for new submissions.
